For 5 years, La Plagne’s Subli’cimes event has added a touch of folly to spring skiing.
With the arrival of the spring, 5 peaks get a quirky, original look, like little snow globes with their own world inside. This year’s edition from 10th – 18th April will be bound together by a common thread, exploring the theme of the “5 senses”.
In a nutshell: how to combine spring skiing with fun, entertaining breaks that are completely free of charge!
Don’t forget your sun cream!
The 5 peaks
1 / The peak that will whisper in your ear – Grande Rochette at 2500 metres
Skiers will certainly prick up their ears on this peak with its original auditive experiences, like a “silent ski party” with 2 DJ’s doing battle on the dance floor, a sound booth where you can create a musical remix and video with just your movements, a sonic work composed by crystals ringing out on contact with the sun’s rays and even a booth where you can have 5 minutes to yourself enjoying the music and the panorama. Got the message?!
2 / The eye-catching peak – Roche de Mio at 2800 metres
You won’t even want to blink with our virtual reality activities! Keep your eyes peeled!
3 / The perfumed peak – Fornelet at 1970 metres
Skiers arriving on this peak will certainly be following their nose! The charming scent in the maze of flowers, the aromatherapy-themed igloo and the yurt where you can make perfume or eau de toilette will draw you in.
4/ The peak with a light touch – Arpette at 2400 metres
Visitors will certainly be touched by the attentions proposed at this peak on the theme of wellbeing. On the programme: open-air Jacuzzis, a barrel sauna and massages…
5 / The mouth-watering peak – Rossa at 2380 metres
With its mountain-shaped ice grotto and smoothie-on-a-bike activity, this peak will be the spot for skiers who love the flavour of our mountains.
Activities and entertainment free of charge and 100% accessible to skiers and 80% to non-skiers.
Event open daily except Sunday, April 14th
