National orienteering race – July 18th-20th, 2020

Every compass will be pointing towards La Plagne on the occasion of this new orienteering event. 3 days with 3 formats: middle distance, long distance and sprint, that count towards the French Cup and the World Cup. If the competitors come to do battle, the general public is also welcome to take part and discover this discipline. – Montchavin-Les Coches / Altitude / Valley

The 6000D – 31st edition – July 23rd-25th, 2020

Over thirty years old and as fresh as ever, the pioneer mountain race is now considered as a precursor of trail running. From a single race to a veritable multi-event festival of trail running, the event has developed over its 30-year history to adapt to new trends and practices. The 7 events have a common theme: conviviality and a warm welcome for all, from the winner to the last one home!
The 6000D, the event’s main race, is a real challenge with its climb and descent between the apple orchards and the glacier. It crosses all types of Alpine terrain: forests, scree, alpine meadows and villages. Our personal touch is to send competitors up France’s one and only Olympic bobsleigh track!

Great idea: when you register for the 6000D, 6000D relay or 6D lacs, a day lift ticket is free for the person with you.
