“360” is the perfect name for this restaurant with its panoramic view of the Plateau du Fornelet in Plagne-Montalbert!
To ensure that you don’t miss even the tiniest detail when you are inside, the architects have put windows in throughout! It’s a contemporary version of a classic design at 1970m.
The view is not the restaurant’s only talking point, however; constantly reinventing itself, the restaurant now has Michelin-starred chef Jean-Michel Bouvier at its healm, and will be offering a menu based on quality local products at affordable prices that will satisfy all palates with its 2-in-1 formula.
On the ground floor, done out in “industrial” cafeteria style, you will find fresh pasta dishes, grilled meat or soup from a giant pot. A few steps above on the first floor, there is a change of decor with a cosy restaurant offering table service.
The plus points:
Here, it’s time before it’s time and it’s still time after it’s time!
If you are always starving or enjoy a late lunch, take note of this address as the cafeteria serves lunch non-stop from 11.30am – 3.30pm.
And if you enjoy a gourmet pause at the end of the ski day, you can have tea on the terrace until the end of the afternoon.
Access to skiers and non-skiers via Montalbert gondola.
